available_templates.cfg in TS 6.7.1

Hi There,

I am in the process of migrating the available_templates.cfg from TS 6.5 SP3 to TS 6.7.1

I get the following error:
Could not find available new_job workflow templates for user jl90132 (//montecarlo/default/main/jfp/india/ingcb/WORKAREA/work)

I have master access and I am the Administrator for the 'india' branch and its sub branches.

The india branch and its sub branches are associated to the group 'iw_india_users' and in the tsgroups.xml I have an entry for my id as Administrator.

Am I missing anything here? Any help is highly appreciated.

PS: I am yet to get trained on TS 6.7.1

is your Role Master, Administrator, Editor and Author ?

That is how you restricted it. You may want to make it or

Hi Nipper,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have 'master' as role when I login into TeamSite.And I have 'admin', 'author', and 'editor' role for the 'India' branch.

I changed the 'and' to 'or', still getting the same error.

Any clue why I am still getting the same error.

Hi Nipper,

Sorry, got stuck in the meeting. I did try your solution and it worked. I wonder how the existing regex worked in TS 6.5 SP3.

When I try the below

Except for anything start with I or i, I should see the WF for all other branches, but this is not working. Hope my RegEx is correct.

Thanks for your help. I got it worked. I was having another branch node which is not yet created.

I removed that branch node and it worked.
