Also when you open the Template on VCM the Preview portal instanceshould be up.

Hi I am not able to open the presentation templates properly. The Portal/VCM Site drop down is not loading with the list of sites. The DNS names do match and this was working fine till recently. Also even if this loads, once I try to load the Portal/Menu item dropdown below it, the previous site option dropdown goes away. Hi Qutub, How are you?? Anyways there is no issues with the connectivity as well as the portal instance is up. Previously there were issues with the IHS instance but now the connectivity is fine. Am wondering about the extemplating settings on VCM side and also please provide an info if possible on how these presentation templates pop up in VCM from portal at a back end. Thanks.
