WFM and out-of-the-box script

I am looking at the following documentation: wfm.100.ug.pdf, I get a sense that iwmetadataWithEmail.cgi is a OOTB script. I can't seem to find this script in my box. Since this is a Sandbox, and other users use this system for other things....If it is not too much trouble, can someone please verify that iwmetadataWithEmail.cgi is OOTB script. Would appreciate your help. Thanks in Advance.
