What is the use of the below property in VgnExtTemplating Resource?

Thissystem property is available to address possible discrepancies that can occurin internal Dynamic
Portal/DynamicSite cache object mappings.
default.mapping.cacheLifeTime= is set, by default, to a shorter duration than
default.object.cache.cacheLifeTime, so that the mappings in question are refreshed moreoften than the
objectsthey point to. The shorter duration prevents discrepancies in cache objectmappings. The default
valueshould be sufficient to prevent discrepancies from occurring. Setting the valueof this property too low can
degradeperformance.
Default value: 600000 (milliseconds) (10 minutes).
