It should be possible. I’ve just tested a rule that redirectsall email to <userid>@<collabserver> (users’ clipboards)

Is it possible to set up a rule in Outlook for auto forwarding the mail into a Vignette Collaboration folder?
Any help will be highly appreciated/

Can we redirect all these mails to a particular folder E-Mail address? I am also attaching the screen shot of the rule for your consideration which we have defined for this automatic redirect.
If Outlook will accept and process the rule, forwarding emailinto a folder should work.

I would suggest testing the forwarding rule to an external emailservice to make sure the email is being forwarded (gmail, yahoo, etc.)
If that works, I would suggest opening a support ticket to trackdown the cause further.
