Livesite Runtime install

Windows : Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1. I have installed livesite 3.0.2 and it works fine. Now I need to install the Livesite runtime also in the same dev server for testing.

I have installed Tomcat. When I try to run the Livesite installer, it is not asking for Runtime installation. It directly and tried to install again. It is not asking for Runtime setup. Only the livesite dev is getting installed again.

How to run the Livesite runtime setup in the same server agian.
