WF dynamic association of users to Manual Activity

 Hi,

      Is there a way to dynamically associate user groups to the Manual activity in the WF? Generally we can give that while creating the WF, but I want that to be dynamically populated based on the payload data...

 

Any info would be higly useful. Thanks in advance...

One way of dynamic allocation without any custom program tasks is to assign the tasks to roles and select intersection of roles and groups. In this way, WF will automatically assign the task to authorized group of people (based on folder in which current CI resides) who have the specified?role.

?

Other than that, you can easily create a program task to determine the user / group based on current payload and put it as first task in workflow.
