Recovery of deleted folder

We are using MB 4.6.1 and one of our user, by mistake deleted a folder. Is there a way to recover the deleted folder? Our database is on SQL server. I suppose that we can take the SQL backup, but the backup contains the entire database dump and how do we locate our particular folder which has got deleted?

Did he deleted form Deleted Items folder ?

Check the Deleted Items folder and copy or move
