OOTB Time widget

Hi,

 

Anyone using out of the box Time widget ?, we are getting JS  file not found errors  for "/content/script/vcm/ui/vcm-vext.js" in the V8 workspace. if anyone happen to know about this JS file, could you please share your thoughts?
