Please tell the significance of adding the user in iwglobal group in teamsite server?

To share the workarea by a TeamSite group, either the "iwglobal" Group needs to exist in the local OS groups, or the following parameter should be specified in the [iwserver] section of the iw.cfg file: [iwserver]
iwglobal_group=group_name

The iwglobal group is automatically created during the TeamSite installation.
If you create a branch and workarea that are shared by a TeamSite group, example: Onegroup. When you check the workarea properties, sometimes you may find that the workarea is marked as private. This happens if the iwglobal group does not exist in the local OS groups.

Please tell when if I create a branch in teamsite then the iwglobal is shown in the owner. And what is the use of TeamSite Web Preview group.

The iwglobal OS group (or whatever value is assigned to the iwglobal_group param in iw.cfg) should not contain any members. It's used by the OS to talk with the TS file system when TS groups are being used.
