Control HUB 3.0 Install odbase or odadmin

Does anyone know if you need to install odadmin along with odbase for the Control HUB 3.0 install ? I am reading the install documents for CH3.0 installation guide but I am not seeing anything in there about that.

I am not sure about CH but ODAdmin gives you extra feature of doing stuff though UI and good to install with odbase. But end of the day its upto you if you want to use it or not.
