No content should be created under some top projects in the hierarchy

There are some top level projects, where I don't want to allow to create anycontent directly under those projects.We are thinking the best way to implement this, other than through the listenerIn the ACL of the project, I can 'deny' permission. But I don't want to deny tosub projects. But there are some other permissions (but not through ACLs) Ineed to apply to sub projects.Any suggestions would be appreciated.thankssrini

I guess one option is to check the logical path in the pre-create event listener and prevent it there.
