Is it possible to set the starting documnent number in this tool? We have over 2 million documents and it  had been running for about 3 days for this to run but for some reason this morning it crashed with just over 100,000 documents left to check, and the results are gone. It would nice to run this in batches rather than going through the whole list every time. 

Second question is where is the information stored when it's running?

I've started to write my own DMDocAnalyzer this tool create a table in the DM Database where it set size on all profiles and versions. The smart thing with my tool is that it knows where to start if anything happens, which often do!

You can type in a username/password to be used to traverse the documents on the fileserver(s).

And another thing is that I work with a ZBF/NOFILE replacer, that put in a file where they are missing.

I'll started the journey when a client wants to "migrate" from DM6 to DM5.3 and we found that 11.000 files where either gone or ZBF files ...
