Enabled user groups for Menuitem

Could you tel me is there any APIs/DB table information to know the following things:

1. Enabled user group name for a Menuitem.

2. Owner/ADA of a Menuitem.

Senthil,

Portal components don't have "owners". The MenuItemUtils and AuthorizationUtils classes have all the available methods for checking permissions or obtaining lists or permissioned objects.
