Regarding Dummy Task

Can anybody please tell me how to use Dummy Task in WFM. What i need to set some delay when performs deploy retry. I could't find the the timeout property with in dumy task.How can we set timeout with dummyTask in WFM.

Please read the workflow model guide. Timeouts are transition types not properties in the workflow modeler.
