Dynamic remaps

Is there a way to dynamically manage the lines under [iwproxy_preconnect_remap] and [iwproxy_plugin_remap] in iw.cfg, so that they can be changed and effective without an iwrestart?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer in going to get, but had to ask anyway....

Providing that you have proper access credentials to do so, you can stop/restart Proxy Server only for the changes
of that nature. How to do that depends on your Platform, you can use "net stop|start..." in Windows or
"kill..." and `iwgethome`/bin/iwproxy on Unix
