With Vignette 8 we are trying to search for content instances without considering case sensitive. The query works fine if we find case sensitive, but with the property caseSensitive = false we can't get any result.
The code used:
ContentInstanceWhereClause contentInstanceClause = new ContentInstanceWhereClause(); contentInstanceClause.checkAttribute(“IE-NOTICIA-IDIM-TITULAR”, StringQueryOp.LIKE, “%EVENTO%”, false); contentInstanceClause.checkAttribute(“IE-NOTICIA-IDIM-ENTRADILLA”, StringQueryOp.LIKE, “%EVENTO%”, false); contentInstanceClause.checkAttribute(“IE-NOTICIA-IDIM-CUERPO”, StringQueryOp.LIKE, “%EVENTO%”, false); contentInstanceClause.setMatchAny(true); The query is trying to find all instances of an specific content type that contanins the word "EVENTO" in one of the specified fields. If we filter with caseSensitive = true, all results are returned. With caseSensitive = false we can't get any result. Any suggestions? Thank you.
