Hi,
when the Google Search Index crawls into Collaboration the folder and document properties are modified / resetted and the web links got triggered, how to prevent this? Thanks.
It’s generally not advised for a search engine to crawlCollaboration, but it can be done if you create a new view (collection oftemplates) that disables/removes the toolbars. The user which is used toperform the crawl would be redirected to the new view.

Additionally, you may look at the “portalmini” view (underHtmlTemplates) for inspiration (?view=portalmini&portlet=true). It stillcontains links to edit objects, but the toolbars are removed. In that view, the top/up buttons are also removed, so the view isn’t a 100% solution.

See “main.shtml” and “portal_checkViewRedirect.shtml” for anexample. Main.shtml includes portal_checkViewRedirect.shtml which performs theredirect to a view.
The missing piece is identifying the view which the user shouldbe redirected to. You can do this by either statically coding the view peruserid (‘<ISPECT>if(theUser.getUserID()==”googlecrawler”)…’), or store acustom attribute on the user object which contains the view name:
<ISPECT>String userview=theUser.getAttributeValue (“view”)</ISPECT>
