Large Object widget is not rendering in Workspace

Hi,

we have a requriement to add large object in CTD. It is rendering and working fine in Appconsole. but it is not working on worksapce. We are using V8.1.

In workspace, it is saying, This field cannot be displayed. Contact your system administrator.

Any idea on fixing this issue?

This is intentional. The Large Object widget has not been mapped in workspaces.

Just curious to know - do we have any alternate for this widget functionality in workspace ? or we need to define the custom mapping ?

The only alternative is to use the file widget or to build the mapping. Be aware that mapping the LO widget is not a trivial task.
