Hi,
We have Vignette7.6 and we are using TAS to do the SSO(Single sign on) to get the access to Appconsole. All of sudden SSO stops working and redirects users to the login screen instead of Content Management console.
All the services and Server looked running fine, Tomcat service was running fine, However after restarting the VCMServer fixes the problem.
I know VCMServer authenticates the user using Security Realm tokens and I can see in the server log saying "User xyz authenticated".
The one strange thing I can see in the VCMServer log is saying "vgnadmin user is locked for 30 minutes", so far I have seen this error in the "vgnadminServer" log when you try several attempts to login to Runtime Services console. And seeing this message surprises me because no one was doing anything on the production server so there is no point vgnadmin gets locked.
How come it shows the vgnadmin is locked, is there some internal process that locks this user and also if this has to do anything with SSO(Single Sign on).
Please help me if you know anything related.
