Updated Recycle Bin

We are running Collab 7.3 and been using the recycle bin created for earlier versions, I believe from the productivity pack.  Does anyone have a better installation or updated version of a recycle bin?  The one we use has quite a few quirks and does not capture everything deleted in the system.  We really need to get this updated for many reasons.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
