page permissions

Hi Team,

I am using TeamSite 6.7.0.1 SP1.
I have two questions.

1. How do we setup individual page permissions in TeamSite?

2. How do we limit certain TeamSite users have access only to edit pages and submit new jobs?

Please give me solution as soon as possible.

Pradeep,

I am not sure about the individual pages.

But we can make required user(s) to give the edit and submit permision.

Create a group and assign the required users to that group and give that group Read Write permission.

If the user is not in that group then he will have only the Read permission.

we can have all the functionalities setup by creating/configuring TSgroups

If the user is not in that group then he will have only the Read permission.

Now for this I am not sure if that is correct. I guess if a group doesnt have permissions on a branch/category/datatype they wouldnt be able to see it (this if we have permissions propagations on in configuration file).

Is this right.

I suggest you take TeamSite Administration training - at the very least, spend some time reading the TeamSite Administration Guide and the Interwoven User Interface Customization Guide .
