iwgroup CLT

Hi There,

I have the following entry in the iw-home/conf/tsgroups.xml

[/html]

I ran the following command:

1. bash-3.00# iwgroup list-admin-groups-of-user -u jl90132
iw_cfna
Got the correct output

2. bash-3.00# iwgroup list-groups -u jl90132
ERROR:00925: No such user

Any ides why I get 'No such user'?

iwuseradm list-users -a

The very reason to run iwgroup CLT is to get the groups that the user belong to by passing the 'user' to the CLT.

I understand what you are trying to do here "get the list of groups this user belongs to" however, wouldn't it be better to see if the user is actually a TS user or exists in tsusers.xml?

It is obvious that the user has to be a TeamSite, when I pass the user to the iwgroup CLT. And, I am performing this peice in a cgi that is called from a Workflow. The user passed to the CLT is nothing but the IW_USER passed from Workflow.

I just tried this on my 671SP1 Windows server and it seemed to work just fine - perhaps it's something in your environment, perhaps you need to apply SP1?

Have you checked with Support?

I am yet to raise a case with IW. I did a search on Case center and found the following link:
