Remove "Accept" button from workflow

Hi,
1. How to remove "Accept" from every activity of the workflow. My users are getting irritated to click "Accept" and later on the next screen to click "Approve" and "Reject". Basically, how to make these activities default accepted, so my users can go to next page.

Please post screenshots of what your users see. MY users do not see anything like that..
