Teasite 6.7 Installation issue

Hi All,

We are trying to install Teasite 6.7.1 but it's getting fail,Since bad hostname.
From the log file we observed that invalid hostname.
"Error message.tsisvalid: File E:\iw-home\etc\TS.lic: Bad host name (error 5)"

But system hostname and TS.lic file contains hostname are same.

Kinldy help me out from this problem.

Pls run "tsisvalid" and "tslicinfo" CLTs to verify your current license .
The ERROR indicates that either
1) the domain information output from the iw-home/install/tslicinfo.log file does not match the domain listed in the TS.lic file output by the Interwoven Support Licence Generator or
2) TeamSite cannot determine the Domain value due to OS configuration issues (See KB 54841 and KB 54936).

have you tried ringing support and raising the alarm? I guess the forums are not the most speedy way....

Have you moved the domains or it's just a new clean install?

Hi All,

Thanks for your support.
We have created a new domin and cleared host file.It has been installed sucessfully and 'Y' drive came.
We trying to login it's giving message like "Failure in operation"

Please find the attached error screenshot.Kindly let me know the problem.

Have you verified the error messages in the log filles? That could provide a clue to resolving this problem

After hitting http:\\localhost it's opening login page and it's saying " Invalid session string" after giving credentails it's saying "Failure in operation "

From iwevents.log we found the following information.but we have 1.8 GB is free in this drive.
Can some tell do i need to do configuration some thing here.

this looks Ok, even in the case the disk is low, the store could be frozen, but still this does not explain the login failure. There are a few more logs to look at.

and I repeat - did you ask IWOV support?
