Insert Carriage Returns After a Line of Text in Visual Format Editor

Hi,

I have searched in Support interwoven site I found following information . But not able to understand this. Please look into.

To resolve this problem, you need to make the Enter key to use
tag. For this, you need to insert the following line in the related configuration (config.xml) file:
[html]

:
[/html]

This will insert the [html]
[/html] tag when you press the Enter key.
