Failed to insert Carriage Return in Visual Format Editor

Hi,

I have searched in Support interwoven site I found following information . But not able to resolve this problem.
We need to make the Enter key to use [html]
[/html]
tag. For this, you need to insert the following line in the related configuration (config.xml) file:

[HTML]

:
[/html]

This will insert the tag when you press the Enter key.

Isn't there another thread devoted to this topic? In which it was mentioned that paragraph tags (<p>...</p>) bring with them their own padding - and the fact that you have each line in its own paragraph means that they get spaced out as paragraphs should? and that you could adjust this with CSS if you wanted to, or reconfigure your VFE to use line breaks instead of paragraph tags when the user hits <Return>, or that you could process the contents of the VFE in your PT to re-format it the way you want (I believe that to be the least-favorable of the options presented).

Please close one of the threads in deference to the other.
