external approver's link

Hi Team,

I am using Teamsite 6.7.0.1 SP1.
I have one question.

when external approver clicks on link in the email sent to him by Teamsite, then the page showing is not correct page(not updated one).

So, please let me know the reason for this issue.

Pradeep, you did not mention what pages are you referring to. Is this an Asp page? If yes, try clearing your IIS cache on the server.

If no, check the workarea to which the link the approver clicks is pointing..

Hi,

Link is pointing to a html file.

It is not pointing to workarea because he is an external approver.

So, please suggest me why the page external approver seeing is not the correct page.
