Can't find iwlaunch.exe?

I just installed teamsite on a new development server but when I click on "import files" it says that iwlaunch.exe can not be found. Our dev server is a unix box and the client machine is win NT so which box is iwlaunch missing from? I assume it is the launchPad file for the client machine. However, I have no trouble importing files on our production box when I use this same client computer. I have not been able to try another client machine yet. Any ideas?
