iwproxy_remap configuration

I want to configure the docroot for one of my branches so that the content can be previewed in teamsite (6.7.1 on solaris). Here is the configuration setting under iw.cfg-

[iwproxy_remap]
ToyotaEspanol2008=/main/Toyota/ToyotaEspanol2008

[global_default_map]
[ToyotaEspanol2008]
_docroot=/web_docs/pub

My template is pulblishing SSI include with path /espanol/includes and I assume that since I've set the docroot so it adds up to this path and my SSI should work in Teamsite.

But somehow it doesn't seem to work. I've also checked for conflicting entries in iw.cfg and couldn't find any.

What can be the reason for this docroot configuration to NOT WORK?

I believe for SSI's you have to setup a regex in [iwproxy_plugin_remap] - See the TeamSite Administrator's Guide for more details.

SSI requests do not go through the proxy server. In addition to what Fish mentioned you'd also have to install TeamSite redirection module,
IWOV provides several for various Web Servers. See TeamSite® Installation Guide, Enabling Server-Side Include Requests.
