Accessing the value of DCR in WF

Hi All,

Thanks for the support. I am trying to get a value and also set a value of a field in the DCR ( which is attached to the WF). Can any one tell me how to achieve this? Any help would be appreciated.

DCRs are just XML Files, you'd have to parse them, probably within External or CGI Task. IWOV provides it's own DCR Parser/Node classes
sub-classed from standard XML DOM. I normally use them to process DCRs (and sometimes even non-DCR XMLs), see sample below.

Modifying DCR is harder to do. Look for example into TeamSite:CRnode::set_inner_xml Method. Note that it is your (the developer) responsibility
to preserve Type format(IWOV/XML), UTF-8 encoding, escaping, well-formedness and the like on modifications. Note also that you'd have to write
back to DCR File yourself. In the case of small well defined modifications it is sometimes easier to read DCR as a string, modify it using a regex
and write back without any parsing.
