The OpenText UX team (user experience) is engaging in both usability testing and design partnership activities.
Usability test participants will be requested to participate every month or so, depending on development schedules. Often, participating companies will be asked to recruit users in their organization that match the users the usability test is targeting. Usability testing lasts no more than 1 hour and takes place remotely via phone conference and webex.
The design partnership program involves having a monthly one hour meeting with the UX team to discuss various UX issues, including design challenges we are facing and adoption issues customers are experiencing. Design partners will also be asked to recruit participants for usability tests every month or so, depending on development schedules.
