How to remove Action menu items

Hi All,

We are working on TS 6.7.1 and we want remove action menu items(Manage Branches,Manage Groups,Manage Users).

From the customization guide we have found the syntex.

menu id=iw.ccpro.action.menu
iwov-delete
link id="iw.ccpro.action_menu.import.link"
link
iwov-delete
menu

but i am not able finding link id's for Manage Branches,Manage Groups and Manage Users.

Can some one advise me in the right approach.

As help from Boris and Phanie, I found all refid's in ref_ccpro_uifilesys.xml file.

I have one more doubt regarding DBD module we are using sql server for database.where we can get the DBD module for sql server.

I made some changes in ui_custom.xml file and while running make_toolkit.ipl file i am getting the below error.

BUILD FAILED
I:\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\reference\build.xml:119: Execute fail
ed: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess: I:\iw-home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl I:\iw-home
/install/clean_tk_war.ipl ../customer_out/customer.tk.war error=193

Could you please help me out from this problem.

Do you have any service packs on ts6.7.1 ? this question is just to have your env info more in detail.
