Retrieval of .psd files very slow

I have noticed when retrieving .psd files the transfer rate is very slow, I checked with the standard MB web client and it is also very slow so I don't think it's an issue with my code - anyone run into this and know what the cause is?

What version of MB? What retrieval task are you using?

Still on 4.5.2, both Get Original and None tasks.

If you are not using any custom task then there is something else going on. Please open a support case.

To be clear, are you seeing (Get Original) retrievals of PSD's slower than other files of comparable size? That would be mysterious indeed since (Get Original) is basically just a file copy!
