LiveSite install

I have installed LiveSite which comes with TeamSite. Now when I click on "New Site" , window does not pop up. I tried it for 2-3 days and posted the same question on thgis forum.
Now, I have a doubt that LiveSite I installed is enough or is there something else which we need to buy ? Because our company didnt pay anything apart from TeamSite. I installed whatever was available with TS.
