Currently we are using WEM8.1. We have a custom workflow which needs to be triggerred when we click on the publish button (Which will be there at the bottom of the content item page) of the content item. We want to configure it only for few types of content items of a perticular site.
Example:
Suppose "Test_Site1" has CTD1, CTD2, CTD3 and CTD4. Now we need to configure our workflow with publish button, such that it should be triggered for the content items of the CTD2 & CTD4. And it should not trigger for the rest of the content items.
Currently the default workflow "vgnWfDeployToAllStages" associated with our site is getting called. How to make this publish button to call our custom workflow?
Please suggest us the best possible approach to achieve this scenario.
