Channel Select CCE in 8.1

 hi,

 i have one custom component, i used Channel Select CCE widget for one attribute in the component.

while editing the component from preview, there is no option to select a channel other than current site channel. Only Current Site is availalbe in Site Tree, if i use V7 Editor Style for this component then, all sites are listed in Site Tree.

do we need to change any configuration?
