We are currently facing an issue with our current VCM. In some CTDs we have attributes fields which are of type “Ephox With Inline Tags”. We can use this rich text editor to enter content without any issue; the problem is that we are not able to save it. On IE we get the following JavaScript error: '_appleArray.1[...]' is null or not an object. See image below.
On Firefox clicking the “ok” , “save” or any button wouldn’t fire any action.
This can happen on Windows XP / Windows 7. IE 7 / IE 8.
We are using VCM 7.6 and recently updated EditLive for Java to solve the issue with Java 1.6.022 just to find out that we are not actually using this widget but the “Ephox With Inline Tags”. I was wondering if of you have faced a similar issue and how you went about to solve.
