Web CMS (TeamSite)
user group error
reeturaj
In the configurable_author_submit workflow(5.5.2) we want content review to be done by two different user editors. When we give:
review_type=user:a4wil5p01\john it works fine.
but when we give
review_type=grouptask (group:fbs,user:john)
(where fbs is the windows group and john is a local user within that group) , it gives the following error:
Error: Illegal element (fbs) in sharedby
Error: Missing sharedby for group task review
Error: Failure in operation
We are using Teamsite 5.5.2 and W2K
Appreciate your response

This is just a guess: Perhaps you need to fully qualify the group name and the user name, as you did in your first example, e.g.:
review_type=grouptask (group:a4wil5p01\fbs,user:a4wil5p01\john)

I haven't tried this - but looking at the comments within the configurable_author_submit.cfg file I see:
---------------------------------
# Who should review the Author's work? The format of the review_type is:
#
# "review_type=" ( "areaowner"|"job_initiator"|<user>|<grouptask>|<select> )
# <user> ::= "user:" <os_user_name>
# <grouptask> ::= "grouptask[" (<group>|<user>) ("," (<group>|<user>))* "]"
# <group> ::= "group:" <os_group_name>
...
# For example:
...
# review_type=grouptask[group:demomaster,user:jsmith]
----------------------------------------------
It seems to me that you're using:
review_type=grouptask(group:fbs,user:john)
should be:
review_type=grouptask[group:fbs,user:a4wil5p01\john]
Note the use of '[...]' instead of '(...)'
If fbs is a group local to the TeamSite server, I do not believe that you need to preface it with the domain name, however if it is not a local group, then "fbs" should be "a4wil5p01\fbs" (or similar)
Try that, and let us know if that fixes anything...
