Add more than one CI to a workflow in 8.0 (i.e. is there a Payload somewhere?)

Hello, In VCM 8.0 when starting a workflow on a CI there doesn't appear to be a 'Payload' tab anymore to add more than one CI to the workflow.  Has the payload tab been removed from 8.0 or can it be turned on somehow?  If not, is there a way to get more than one item on the initial workflow created?

In VCM 8.0 and WEM 8.1 this is only possible from the task editor (you can add/remove items in the payload from there). In WEM 8.2 it will be possible to select multiple items in a grid then start a workflow with the selected items being added to the WF payload,
