Help to create new user in unix..

Hi,

I want to add new user in TeamSite.... i added new user in unix successfully but in the teamsite when i try to add the user which i added...Its not showing that user... so i directly added to tsusers.xml but is there any way to add like we do in windows....

Did you run iwreset (or wait about 10 minutes) after adding the account?
Is the account a local disk account or an LDAP-only account?

Do other local disk accounts show up within the GUI?
Perhaps your server is configured to only look in LDAP?
