"Open Session" Error while running the workflow

Hello,

We have upgraded to CAPS 3.0 few days back.

I have created a workflow using the workflow modeler and when I m trying to run the workflow by clicking the submit option under Actions, an error message "Teamsite : Wrapper Error: Open Session Error" is being received.

Can anyone provide help in this regard.
