Inlinelink image link not adding prefix

Hi,

I'm using the workspace extensions to customize Ephox. The problem is when I link to an image, it's not adding the proper prefix to the URL and the image is appearing broken. I've configured the static_file URLPathPrefix and the VgnExtLinks resources. What am I missing?

We're on VCM 8.0 SP2. From the widget screen, it says version Widget Data version is 3.0 and the class version is 3.0.

So you have the latest appsvcs-extensions-801, I assume.

Make sure that

1. you have declared the static_file URL path prefix resource in the management stage

2. the VgnExtLinks resource points to that resource

Do you have any customizations in place or are you using the widget as is ?

One thing about the settings of VgnExtLinks. The property that seems to required the UrlPathPrefix is:

inlinetag.imageUrlPrefix=/deployedfiles
inlinetag.staticFileUrlPrefix=/deployedfiles

Here's my question. My UrlPathPrefix is named static_file and points to /deployedfiles, so is this property set correctly? Or, am I supposed to change this reference to:

inlinetag.imageUrlPrefix=static_file
inlinetag.staticFileUrlPrefix=static_file

For the workspace extensions, we are just using it ootb.

It's obvious. In the VgnExtLinks resource you need to set the reference to the UPP resource name, namely static_file

In the config console you set the value of the static_file resource which is, in your case /deployedfiles.
