Redirect from Vignette Application to a DPM Page

hello we have a Logic where we are performing a redirection from Vignette application portal validating the portal Session and we need to redirect to DPM JSP.

 

We have a CPP created and I need to redirect to that particular Page from my portal Applciation like /portal/site.smo/headerAlerts like thata where headerAlerts would be my Navigation ITem configured for my CPP.

 

Is there a way I can perform this redirection from Vignette application portal?
