Are you referring to the Desktop Client, WSW, or in SDK API's??

DeskSite: Tools | Options -> Default (tab) -> Show Latest Version Only (radio button).

FileSite: FileSite (Top toolbar) | Options -> Advanced (tab) -> More.. (button) -> Show Latest Version Only (radio button).
