Data Deploy Error

Hi,

I've created a form and generated dbscemagen from the datacapture.cfg (FAQ.zip). I'm trying to do a data deployment (ddsafari.xml) using
"iwodcmd start safariFAQ/ddsafari –k iwdd=deployment2" command but receive an error. I attach here the log file and a sample dcr.

Can somebody please help me?
