Access Issue

We migrated all Users from 6.1 to 6.7. For the users having role as "master" are able to create new form. But those having access as "administrator" or "Editor" are not able to do so. Everything for them seems to be disable. For example we have created a user harik and we have given him both administrator and editor access. But still then he is not able to do any thing. Everything for him is coming diabled.Please check the attached screenshot and do suggest a way.

Making harik administrator or editor doesnt serve the purpose. He should belong to the group that has access right for the workarea harik trying to access. Looks like he is not able to access the files under this workarea by screenshot.

We newly created a branch without any group restrictions under main. Even though the user is not able to do any thing. Everything is disabled.

as a test create a new group and make Raja & Harik members of that group and mention the groupname in the properties section of sharing and see if it works.
