templating.cfg

Hi

I have created some TPLs and DCTs and want to test them.
As per the FormPublisher guide, I have to make enteries in templating.cfg and map DCTs and TPLs there.

Accoding to the developer manual, templating.cfg file is an XML file in iw-home/local/config. I am using CC Pro and am not able to locate the templating.cfg in CC Pro. Please let me know how to locate the file.

templating.cfg file would not be present in the ccpro. It is a configuration file and would be present physically on the server where you installed your TeamSite server. Location of it would be at iw-home/local/config

iw-home would be the base location where the TeamSite installation has been done.

Please provide your environment details while intializing your posts this will help people replying to your posts to make atleast few assumptions and better guide you.

A simple way would be do a search on your server for templating.cfg file whether it be Solaris/Linux/windows

You need to make changes to the templating.cfg manually (outside of teamsite ).

There are instences, where all teamsite configuration files are actually stored in specific branches and edited there.

Check if any such configuration files are available on teamsite itself, if not, you may edit these directly.

If you are not sure about the installation directory try running 'iwgethome' on the command prompt. Then move to the location /iw-home/local/config/templating.cfg.
