We have Employee CTD in VCM. We need to upload theinformation of the employees in bulk from a csv file including their classifications,channels and language details.Please let us know if this is possible to implement if yes then how.

You can write a standalone Java Program using CMA APIs to create, update and deleted Employee CTD.
Also look at Content Scan (Admin Guide has more details on this), it can be useful in some cases like if you need to just bulk upload content.
