I want to list the time stamps along with the file list

What timestamp are you looking for?
The time stamp on the files that were deployed can generally be found by stat'ing the files relative to the source area from when they were deployed.

If you're doing this on the target side you could stat the files relative to the target area path.

Read perldoc -f stat for information about that function.
